Description
We are looking for a Swedish speaking Junior Recruiter for our Center in Larnaca
Responsibilities:
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Conduct interviews with candidates
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Administrative work regarding recruitment
Find and organize accommodation for new hires from abroad
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, trainings, surveys etc)
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, policies and regulations
Support the onboarding process of the new hires
Analyze and improve recruitment channels and techniques
Necessary Requirements
Multilingual skills: English & Swedish are required. Any additional Nordic language, German or Dutch will be considered as an advantage
Previous experience in similar position will be a plus
PC knowledge (excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills)
Good interpersonal communication skills, responsiveness, and eagerness for development
