4-Day Work Week: Machine Operator

Starting at $15.00/hr $16.00/hr Guaranteed at 500 Hours

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operator to join our production team. This is a straightforward, full-time role with a consistent schedule and a clear path to an early raise.

Schedule

Work Days: Monday - Thursday

Shift Hours: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Weekends: Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off.

Compensation & Growth

Starting Pay: $15.00/hr.

Guaranteed Raise: Your pay increases to $16.00/hr automatically after 500 hours (approximately 3 months).

Paid Lunch: Unlike many facilities, your 20-minute lunch break is paid.

Bonus & PTO: Earned Paid Time Off and annual performance bonuses.

The Role

Your primary responsibility is to keep production moving smoothly and safely.

Machine Operation: Run 1-2 injection molding machines simultaneously.

Secondary Ops: Perform finishing work using equipment like a drill press.

Quality Control: Inspect parts to ensure they meet customer specifications.

Safety: Continuous use of PPE (safety glasses and gloves) is required at all times.

Requirements

We value consistency and a strong work ethic. To be successful here, you need:

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for a 10-hour shift and lift up to 40 lbs.

Environmental Tolerance: Our facility is subject to seasonal temperatures (hot/cold).

Communication: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Reliability: You must have personal transportation and a track record of excellent attendance (5-minute grace period).
