As a Lead Data Migration Specialist for Oracle Utilities, you'll play a crucial role in guiding clients through the complexities of digital transformation. In this role, you will:

Lead comprehensive data conversion initiatives across Oracle CCS, C2M, and MDM, managing all phases from planning to execution.

Develop project plans, manage deliverables, and perform risk assessments to ensure consistent project quality.

Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify data migration objectives, translating these into actionable data mappings and technical designs.

Create effective conversion strategies utilizing your extensive knowledge of Oracle products and data models.

Employ tools such as Informatica, FBDI, REST APIs, Oracle OIC, and ODI to facilitate large-scale data migrations, while ensuring high standards of data quality.

Work closely with Technical Designers to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions, offering guidance and troubleshooting when necessary.

Lead teams, prioritize tasks, and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Conduct thorough testing and manage cutover processes to minimize disruption during go-live.

Establish robust data governance policies and monitor compliance with data quality standards.

Create comprehensive documentation and conduct training sessions to ensure successful adoption of data processes.

Regularly update stakeholders on project status, identify risks, and recommend actionable strategies to mitigate them.

Identify opportunities for innovation and optimization within existing systems to enhance data migration processes.

This role may require travel based on business needs and client requirements.

Key Qualifications:

At least 5 years of practical experience in conversion projects, particularly within SaaS cloud environments.

A minimum of 3 years' experience with CCS, C2M, and MDM conversion methodologies.

2 years of experience with SAP to Oracle conversion projects is highly desirable.

Experience leading teams and coordinating across different regions is required.

Expertise in ETL processes and tools like Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or Informatica is preferred.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum 12 years total work experience; 6 years with an associate's degree).
