Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible CRM professional to manage customer payments, documentation, and compliance for our premium residential and commercial projects in Goa.

This role is NOT for freshers or generic call-centre/customer support profiles.

Only candidates with real estate CRM, collections, and compliance exposure should apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer communication (Email / WhatsApp / Calls)

Raise demand letters & track payment schedules

Manage ATS registrations

Ensure GST & RERA compliance

Coordinate with Accounts, Sales & Legal teams

Follow up for collections and reconciliations

Maintain accurate client & payment records

Prepare MIS reports for management

Who Should Apply?

2+ years experience in Real Estate CRM / Customer Success

Hands-on with ATS, demand raising, collections

Knowledge of RERA & GST processes

Strong written & verbal communication

Comfortable with follow-ups and documentation

Organized, disciplined, and detail-focused

Call-centre / BPO profiles

Non-real-estate CRM background

Sales-only profiles without documentation/collections work
