Your Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud Financials Solution Architect to become a vital member of our expanding Oracle ERP practice. In this dynamic role, you will leverage your expertise in identifying solutions and architecting them for success in client engagements, while also contributing to the growth of our practice.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Senior Architect, ready to proactively address client needs and ensure project success. You'll take part in maximizing sales opportunities by designing and leading the creation of proposals and delivering Oracle ERP Cloud solutions. We seek someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to building a long-term career. Travel to client sites may be required, and this role can be performed remotely.

What You’ll Do:

Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials implementations during client engagements.

Lead the solution design and ensure successful implementation for Oracle Cloud ERP Projects, which may involve hands-on development, design, and prototyping.

Guarantee that proposed solutions fulfill client requirements and are architecturally sound, effectively assessing risks.

Align solutions with portfolio offerings to drive profitable growth.

Work with stakeholders to define solution requirements and manage requirement traceability.

Analyze current client processes and design tailored solutions based on industry best practices.

Act as a technical point of contact for clients, actively looking for business opportunities.

Guide the implementation team through testing cycles, ensuring comprehensive test scenario and case development.

Deliver quality solutions that meet requirements while advising clients on strategies and design alternatives.

Collaborate with Project Managers to inform project plans and timelines, aiding in meeting project milestones.

Identify new business opportunities, assisting in the creation of change orders.

Contribute thought leadership to the growth of the Practice.

Engage in strategic planning and business case development.

Participate in strategy presentations to clients showcasing implementation features, technical requirements, and benefits.

Manage solution proposals, designs, reviews, risk analyses, and client presentations.

Provide technical oversight for estimates and project standards.

Proactively develop new business opportunities and assist in presales processes through demos and proposals.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

10+ years of ERP implementation experience.

Served as a Senior Solution Architect on at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation projects in the USA.

Public Sector experience (city/state/local/county government) is a plus.

Familiarity with GASB Accounting and Reporting, Encumbrance Accounting, Fund Accounting, Projects, and Grants Accounting and Management.

Hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable financial systems using Oracle Cloud Financials.

Exposure to other Cloud modules like Supply Chain and HCM Applications is preferred.

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, diverse environments.

Proactive and capable of working independently as well as in a team.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for audiences at all levels.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Able to adapt quickly to new projects with a can-do attitude.

Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
