As General Manager, everything inside the four walls is yours to lead—people, performance, culture, and results.
You will:
Build, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership and crew team
Set expectations, hold accountability, and elevate talent
Execute Wendy’s operating systems with discipline and consistency
Drive sales through operational excellence and team engagement
Own controllable costs and profitability
Analyze and manage the restaurant’s P&L
Ensure full compliance with food safety, labor, and legal standards
Create a culture where guests return and employees grow

Monthly performance bonus up to $1,000 (based on controllable results)
Total annual compensation potential: $74,000 – $82,000+
