Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist with 4–6 years of experience in AI/ML to develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning models that solve real business problems. The candidate should be strong in data analysis, model building, and handling end-to-end AI/ML projects while leading a small team.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy ML/AI models for business use cases

Analyze large, complex datasets to extract insights

Build predictive and prescriptive models

Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

Lead AI/ML projects from planning to delivery

Manage and mentor junior data scientists/team members

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements

Optimize model performance and scalability

Document processes, models, and results clearly

Stay updated with latest AI/ML trends and tools
