Weskill Campus Ambassador

Weskill is a fast-growing ed-tech platform that “bridges the gap between academic learning and industry” by offering virtual internships and skill-development programs. We empower students with real-world training in high-demand fields. We’re seeking enthusiastic student leaders to join us as Campus Ambassadors. In this part-time role, you’ll represent Weskill on campus (and online) by creating an engaged student network and promoting our programs.
Key Responsibilities
Build a Student Community: Create and manage an official Weskill student WhatsApp group (or similar chat forum). Invite peers, answer their questions, and share updates about Weskill’s internships and courses.
Lead Generation: Recruit fellow students into the Weskill community. Drive sign-ups and invite students to join our free skill-training programs. For every student you convert (i.e. who enrolls in a Weskill program), you earn 500 as an incentive. This direct reward motivates ambassadors to meet their targets.
Event Promotion: Organize and host online or on-campus information sessions, workshops, or webinars about Weskill’s offerings. Collaborate with campus clubs and student organizations to spread awareness.
Flexible Commitment: Work roughly 5–10 hours per week (flexible around your classes).
Qualifications
Current Student: You must be enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program at your university.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. You should be outgoing and able to engage peers in conversation.
Networking Ability: Active in campus life – member of clubs, sports teams, or student groups. Familiarity with social media and messaging apps (WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn) to connect with students.
Self-Starter: Proactive, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently. You should be motivated by targets (in this role, conversions of students) and ready to take initiative.
Team Player: While remote, you’ll coordinate with the Weskill team and other ambassadors. Collaboration skills and punctuality are important.
No Prior Experience Required: We provide training on our programs and sales techniques. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn are more important than experience.
Compensation & Benefits
Performance-Based Stipend: Earn up to 20,000 per month (depending on performance). This includes a base stipend for your efforts plus 500 for each student you successfully enroll in a Weskill program.
Flexible Remote Work: 100% remote role. Work on your own schedule outside of classes. We follow the “5–10 hours per week” model with no fixed office hours.
Official Recognition: Receive an official Weskill offer letter and completion certificate. This is “valuable experience with a recognized ed-tech brand.” Mentioning Weskill leadership and marketing experience will strengthen your resume.
Skill Development: Gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and leadership. You’ll learn how to run campaigns and organize events – skills that set you apart in any career.
Community & Support: Join a network of fellow ambassadors and get guidance from the Weskill marketing team. Share ideas and strategies to collectively improve campus outreach.
