Job Description

5 days a week, fully onsite

Shift: 2PM-10PM

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of IT experience, preferably within telecom provisioning

Must have an active Secret clearance

Job Description

Initial customer interactions and follow through of service orders

Enter the service request details into Proprietary Application to initiate a telecommunications request.

Perform customer interaction with exceptional service before/after entry.

Engage with the customer to provide assistance if the service request is incomplete or requirements are unclear
