Responsibilities for this Quality Control Engineer:
• Support and strengthen our SQF and food safety programs
• Lead quality and process improvements that directly impact production
• Troubleshoot with operations and apply engineering problem solving
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective actions
• Build a strong food safety culture through training and communication.
Minimum Requirements Quality Control Engineer:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Packaging,
• Internship to 3 years in packaging, paper, food, or manufacturing quality
• HACCP Certification required (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Comfortable using meters, gauges, and basic testing tools
• Clear communicator with strong analytical and RCA skills
• Bonus: JD Edwards, Quality Windows, or ParcView experience.
