Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long Term Care (LTC)

Location: Eads, CO

Shift: Nights 12-Hour Shifts

Schedule: 36 Hours per Week

Duration: 8 Weeks

Pay Range: $20–$27/hour (Based on Experience)Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a Long Term Care (LTC) night shift assignment in Eads, Colorado. This opportunity is ideal for a CNA with recent skilled nursing or nursing home experience who is comfortable providing hands-on resident care during overnight hours.

The CNA will collaborate closely with licensed nursing staff to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care in a long-term care setting.Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics

Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and changes in resident condition

Assist with feeding to ensure proper nutrition and hydration

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized resident environment

Provide emotional support and companionship

Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs

Follow infection control guidelines and safety protocols

Accurately document care provided per facility standards

Communicate effectively with nurses and interdisciplinary team membersQualifications

Required:

Active Colorado Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License

Minimum 1 year of recent Long Term Care (LTC) or skilled nursing experience

Current BLS Certification (AHA preferred)

Ability to work 12-hour night shifts

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Compassionate, patient-focused approach

Preferred:

Previous travel or contract experience

Experience in rural or critical access healthcare settings
