Responsibilities:

Reviewing existing SOPs to identify outdated, duplicative, or unclear processes

Partnering with subject matter experts to document current-state workflows

Updating SOPs to reflect current systems, policies, and best practices

Organizing SOPs into a consistent, user-friendly format for staff reference

Assisting with version control and documentation standards for future updates

As part of the internship, the intern will complete a capstone project highlighting their work in SOP improvements and operational enhancements. The project will conclude with a presentation to leadership outlining key findings, updates made, and recommendations moving forward.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Strong writing, organizational, and analytical skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Interest in customer operations, workforce management, and cross-functional collaboration

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
