Position Purpose:

Receptionist is responsible for answering phone calls and greeting patients and visitors in a prompt and courteous manner.

Location: 6001 E Broad St, Columbus, OH 43213

Hours of office: Causal / PRN What You Will Do:

• Serves as initial contact for patients, general public, physicians and other hospital personnel.

• Greets and directs patients & visitors appropriately.

• Answers phone calls, obtains information to triage and transfer calls.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: High school graduate or GED.

• Effective Communication Skills

• Ability to organize and utilize work hours effectively and with minimal supervision.
