Application Development Senior Advisor (0251490)

Responsible for PI and Sprint planning and user stories grooming for Claim Payment Integrity projects for data Extract, Loading, and Transform processes by following best practices. Develop BPD’s, Coaches, Rules Integration, Java Connectors, DB Connectors, IBM BAW Services code/flows and Complex process orchestrations with BAW using IBM software tools including IBM BAW. Lead the team and troubleshoot, suggest, and fix performance issues for BAW Applications. Participate in project analysis, architectural designs and decisions, requirements gathering, estimation metrics, design, implementation, testing and support. Participate in software issue troubleshooting and Production support on BAW Java/J2EE, Servlets, WebSphere Application server, and Database projects. Work with newer technologies like web services, REST APIs, XML, BAW, etc. Hybrid work schedule.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computers, Engineering, or a related field (will accept 3- or 4-year degree) and 5 years of Software Engineering or Software Development experience. (or a Master’s degree in Computers, Engineering, or a related field and 3 years of Software Engineering or Software Development experience). Must have experience with: Developing healthcare applications; Developing reusable assets (toolkits) for commonly occurring work across multiple processes; Writing IBM BPM Services; Writing Web Services; Writing Java Connectors; Writing DB Connectors; Customization in Portal; Experience working on a platform support team for IBM BPM, ODM, Java, and J2EE applications on Websphere Application server; Troubleshooting performance issues for BPM applications; Design, development, and implementation of an application using Spring and J2EE framework; Building web applications using Spring MVC 3.0 architecture and REST Web services; Offshore communication; MS SQL; XML; and, Oracle.
