Champion Personnel is seeking dependable candidates for a Press Operations (Machine Operator) position in Newbury. This is a great opportunity to build your manufacturing experience with a well-established company.

Available Shifts:

3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Monday through Friday

OR

11:00 PM - 7:30 AM Sunday through Thursday

Position Overview

The Press Operations Associate operates injection molding machines and secondary equipment under direct supervision while following established procedures

MACHINE OPERATOR

Key Responsibilities:

Operate molding presses to produce quality parts

MACHINE OPERATOR

Inspect, trim, code, and package finished products

MACHINE OPERATOR

Operate secondary equipment such as sonic welders and bonding tools

MACHINE OPERATOR

Report quality concerns to Supervisor or QA

MACHINE OPERATOR

Maintain a clean and organized work area (6S standards)

MACHINE OPERATOR

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED preferred

MACHINE OPERATOR

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

MACHINE OPERATOR

Strong visual and mechanical skills

MACHINE OPERATOR

Comfortable using hand tools and working with small parts

MACHINE OPERATOR

Reliable with a positive, team-oriented attitude

MACHINE OPERATOR

Physical Requirements:

Standing, bending, and reaching throughout shift

MACHINE OPERATOR

Lifting up to 30 lbs regularly; maneuvering boxes up to 100 lbs occasionally

MACHINE OPERATOR

Exposure to shop environment conditions (noise, oil, seasonal heat)

MACHINE OPERATOR

Safety glasses required at all times

MACHINE OPERATOR
