Job Description
Healthcare Senior Project Manager - Key Responsibilities
Lead cost reporting, contracts, and scope revisions to maintain financial health during the project life cycle.
Provide leadership to project teams and foster a culture of safety & action.
Manage relationships with subcontractors to ensure timelines are met.
Review invoices and documentation for timely funding.
Oversee bid packages and subcontractor procurement.
Represent the GC in all negotiations.

The Successful Applicant
Healthcare Senior Project Manager - Successful Candidate Profile
8+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
Healthcare construction expertise (hospital projects & ICRA knowledge preferred).
Strong understanding of construction technology and skilled trades.
Ability to review and interpret all construction documents.
Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Base salary: $130,000-$155,000 (DOE).
Bonus: $13,500-$20,000 annually (project/profit-based).
