Futura Marketing is hiring an Entry-Level Customer Support (Remote) based in Columbus. This part-time role includes weekday daytime shifts and guided training from day one. No experience required. Pay: $21-$26/hour. Applicants must be located within the United States.

Responsibilities

Answer customer questions about services

Handle and confirm incoming orders

Provide status updates on requests

Enter data into internal systems

Resolve basic client concerns

Communicate with distribution staff
