Jr. Full Stack Engineer

Requirements

Responsible for:

API development to support additional features or resolve product issues

Debugging and producing fixes for customer support issues

Maintaining and extending database schema and data

Documenting feature changes, estimating effort and completing work according to plan, both in terms of timeliness and adherence to specifications.

Front-end user interface development to customize operation of VALER®

Technology Stack:

UI/UX: Angular, React

Web Services: Nginx, Node.js

API/Server: Python, Flask

Database: PostgreSQL

Platform: Linux Debian

Must have:

Excellent Python skills

Prior experience or comfort with working on Linux platforms

Understanding of RESTful architecture and practices

Familiarity or prior experience working with relational databases

Enthusiasm for working directly with VALER users and the patient population they serve

Desire to work in fast-paced, ever evolving environment

Ideal candidate will be:

Candidates must be in the Los Angeles or Orange County area of Southern California. The position is currently remote, but with plans to transition to Hybrid.

Benefits

Compensation Range: The base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000 per year. This range is determined by role, level, and experience. Final compensation may include benefits and will be based on the candidate's qualifications and location.
