Job Description

Drive all phases of project delivery: preconstruction, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.

Lead project teams and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and contractual obligations.

Monitor progress, resolve issues proactively, and maintain strong client relationships.

Prepare and manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and cost reports.

The Successful Applicant

Strong experience managing large-scale construction projects.

Proven success in commercial, higher education and/or K-12 builds.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling software, and budgeting principles.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (a plus, not required).
