About the Division The Quality Initiatives Division - directs and provides technical assistance to those operating long term care settings.

The division tracks quality standard performance for Ohio's nursing facilities, oversees the Excel Academy, responds to requests for specialized support from operators, and track national industry standards and best practices in nursing facilities and assisted living facilities.

About the Role AGE is looking for a highly motivated and talented individual to join the Quality Initiatives Division (QID) as the Quality Initiatives Program Manager.

QID directs and provides technical assistance and training to Ohio's long term care facilities focused on enhancing residents' quality of care and quality of life.

The key initiative, the EXCEL Academy, is an immersive training and mentorship program designed to elevate the quality of care in Ohio's long term care facilities through comprehensive education, on-site mentoring sessions, and a supportive community of practice.

The EXCEL Academy offers live webinar and hybrid courses year-round.

The Quality Initiatives Program Manager will serve as the lead manager for administrating the EXCEL Academy.

Key duties of this role are: * Overseeing the effective and efficient operation of AGE's EXCEL Academy technical assistance program for nursing homes and other long-term care settings.

* Planning and deploying the EXCEL Academy curricula via the learning management system.

* Conceptualizing, designing, and executing the program's training components, offerings.

* Establishing, monitoring, and revising program curricula timelines, milestones, and key performance indicators to track progress and ensure timely delivery of services.

* Collaborating with AGE's technical assistance program Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to provide tailored curricula to participants.

* Facilitating seamless communication and collaboration among AGE's technical assistance program stakeholders, including SMEs, curriculum developers, facility administrators, participants, vendors, and regulatory agencies.

* Fostering knowledge exchange, sharing of experiences, and dissemination of best practices among program participants through virtual and in-person forums, nurturing a supportive learning environment.

* Developing mechanisms to evaluate clinical and quality of life outcomes of program participants and to assess the impact of AGE's technical assistance program on measured outcomes, driving continuous program enhancements.

* Devising and implementing strategies to recognize and celebrate achievements and milestones within AGE's technical assistance program community, fostering motivation and engagement among stakeholders.

* Serves as a liaison for EXCEL Academy stakeholders and contractors for learning management system troubleshooting.
