SUMMARY:
This position will be responsible for providing transportation of student athletes, Athletics staff, and/or baggage and equipment within the conference play region via the operation of college owned and rental vehicles. CDL License preferred.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate 24 passenger bus
Conduct safety and maintenance inspections of vehicles
Maintain cleanliness of vehicle interior
Assist with loading and unloading of baggage and equipment
Adhere to applicable safety rules and all traffic laws and regulations
Other duties may be assigned

This position has no supervisory responsibilities

Education and / or Experience -- High school diploma or its equivalent or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Communication / Language -- Requires effective oral and written communication skills and basic interpersonal skills. Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
Mathematical – Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning -- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to independently resolve problems.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations – Valid State issued Driver’s License or CDL
