Audit Staff
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Audit Staff member to join our dynamic team. The primary objective of this role is to support audit engagements for various clients, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards while delivering high-quality audit services. You will contribute to the evaluation of financial statements and help in the efficient execution of audit programs.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing audit engagements for a range of clients
Conduct fieldwork and gather audit evidence to evaluate financial statements
Prepare and review working papers and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
Collaborate with the Audit Manager and Senior Staff on client engagements
Participate in the review and compilation of financial statements and tax returns
Mentor and supervise junior staff during audit assignments
Contribute to special projects as required
Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and efficiency goals during auditsQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
CPA certification preferred or in progress
1-3 years of experience in public accounting, preferably with audit exposure
Experience auditing large manufacturers is a plus
Strong understanding of audit programs and time budgets
Ability to work effectively in a team and mentor junior staff
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
