Marketing: Marketing Assistant

Our client, a top regional law firm, is seeking a Marketinc

Assistant to join its New Jersey office

This role reports to the Chief Marketing & Business Developme

Dfficer and supports marketing initiatives across the firms five

offices.

The Marketing Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative

and proiect support to the marketing team while helping execut

events, digital campaigns, and firmwide communications

Key Responsibilities

Provide general support for firmwide marketing initiatives an

• projects

Assist with scheduling, calendar management

• correspondence, and meeting coordination

Organize and maintain marketing files, databases, and client

contact lists, ensuring data accuracy

Support planning and execution of firm events, seminars

webinars, and conferences (venue coordination, vendors

• RSVPs, materials)

Research and track charitable contribution requests

Serve as a liaison between Marketing and interna

• departments, as well as external vendors

Assist with digital marketing efforts including social media

• management, email campaigns, and website updates

• Monitor digital campaign performance and compile reports

Conduct market, industry, and competitor research and

• prepare summary reports

• Post blog content in a timely manner

Manage inventory and ordering of marketing materials

(brochures, business cards, collateral

• Process invoices and assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications

Bachelors degree required (Marketing, Communications

• English, or related field preferred)

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong familiarity with social media platforms (X, Linkedln

• Facebook. Instaaram)• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

• in a fast-paced environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in a professional services environment preferred
