We are seeking a proactive and organized Back-office Coordinator to support daily administrative and operational activities within a corporate environment. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing, retail, or corporate setup and possess strong communication and coordination skills.

The role involves handling documentation, maintaining records, coordinating with internal departments, and supporting front-end teams with required data and reports. Responsibilities include managing emails, preparing basic MIS reports, updating databases, processing invoices or purchase entries (if required), and ensuring accurate documentation of business transactions. The candidate will also assist in scheduling meetings, vendor coordination, follow-ups, and maintaining smooth workflow between departments.

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) and basic computer knowledge are mandatory. The candidate should be comfortable working with MS Office tools such as Excel and Word, handling data entry tasks, and managing routine administrative responsibilities with accuracy and timeliness.
