Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Customer Service Representative to join our team in Atlanta. This role serves as a key link between our warehouse operations and our customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately and inquiries are handled promptly.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and inventory status
Process orders, returns, and shipping documentation
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
Answer phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently
Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
Maintain accurate records in internal systemsQualifications:
Previous customer service experience required (warehouse or logistics experience preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills and familiarity with order management systems
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
