Job Description
Growing wholesale bakery is seeking a full-time procurement administrative assistant. The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following skills:

Responsibilities consist of the following:
-Managing vendor communications
-Reviewing inventory reports and placing purchase orders
-Gathering quotes and comparing prices
-Communicating with suppliers to track shipments, resolve invoice discrepancies, and manage deliveries
-Contacting vendors and following up to obtain paperwork needed for our food safety audit
-Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
-General HR functions such as reviewing payroll hours and completing related paperwork
-Handling office duties such as filing, scanning, emailing, answering phones, etc.
-Assisting the office manager, bakery manager, and CEO with projects as needed
Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
