About The Role

Assist in developing and executing sourcing strategies in alignment with business needs.

Support end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier coordination, purchase orders, and documentation.

Participate in procurement improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Assist in data analysis, reporting, and administrative tasks related to procurement activities.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers across regions.

Who You Are

Final-year student or fresh graduate from a relevant major (Business, Supply Chain, Management, or related fields)

Strong interest in the procurement process.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Able to join immediately.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
