Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required.

This contract position is located in Burbank, CA, serving students who require tailored instructional support to succeed in both academic and social settings.

Key Responsibilities:Deliver individualized and group instruction tailored to students unique learning needs.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instructional strategies accordingly.Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that promotes academic growth and independence.Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and staff regarding student development and classroom activities.

Desired Qualifications:Certification in Special Education.Experience teaching various grade levels, including Early Childhood, Elementary (K-5), Middle School (6-8), and High School (9-12).Strong foundation in math instruction adapted to special education settings.Ability to design engaging, accessible curricula aligned with state standards.Excellent communication, patience, and organizational skills.
