Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Negotiate job offers, compensation, and terms between candidates and clients.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future openings.

Meet individual and team targets for placements and client satisfaction.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (Dispatched Monitoring).
