About the role:
The Residential Assistant provides a very personal, detailed, seamless service to guests. The attention to detail that is required from RA’s, and their ability to anticipate guest’s needs means that they are the consummate hotel professional with impeccable standards. Must be able to respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies
We are looking for individuals who have a passion for delivering the best-in-class service and can inspire the same results in their team. Must be able to take direction and follow through on assignments.
What you will do:
Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
Demonstrate, “we were expecting you” with thorough inspection of residence prior to arrival, all special requests fulfilled and confirmed and amenities in place.
Anticipate and resolve any transportation concerns regarding air travel delays, ferry delays, etc.
Have knowledge of resources available to fulfill unique and special requests for business needs. Be able to provide business services such as computer trouble shooting, professional printing services, technology equipment, etc.
Have knowledge of resources available for tours and unique local experiences.
Review guest portfolio thoroughly for ways to customize experience and recognize special events.
What you bring:
One to two years’ previous experience in Guest Services roles; previous employment experience within a luxury Hotels is considered an asset

Schedule & Hours:
• Successful candidates will be hired as a regular, full time employee. Successful candidates are expected to work, day and night shifts, holidays, and/or weekends.
