We are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven, and results-oriented Client Success Manager to join our growing team in Dallas. This role is ideal for a natural relationship builder who excels at account management, client growth, strategic networking and has a strong hold and deeper connections in Dallas market. As a key player in our client success team, you will be responsible for fostering deep relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Own and deepen relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations.

Expand account penetration by building relationships at multiple levels of the organization.

Understand client goals, challenges, and business objectives to proactively offer solutions that drive value.

Act as the trusted advisor to clients, ensuring consistent communication, alignment, and strategic consulting.

Serve as the escalation point to ensure client concerns are resolved swiftly, working closely with internal teams

Account Management & Growth

Manage a book of business with a focus on retention and growth.

Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize client success, renewals, and long-term partnerships.

Own the client onboarding experience, ensuring seamless transitions from Sales/Pre-Sales to Project Managers.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as NPS, CSAT, and engagement metrics.

Ensure billing and collections are tracked efficiently, mitigating any potential revenue risks.

Conduct regular business reviews (Quarterly and Annual Account Reviews) with internal teams and clients to align on objectives and opportunities.

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, expanding revenue streams.

Leverage existing client networks to generate new business through referrals.

Own client renewals, ensuring contracts are extended with continued value-driven discussions

Event Hosting, Community & Networking

Represent the company at networking events, industry groups, and professional associations.

Build strong relationships with potential clients through in-person events, ensuring a steady pipeline of warm leads.

Work closely with leadership and sales teams to coordinate networking efforts for maximum impact.

Co-host company events, roundtables, and executive briefings, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.

Build strong client communities that drive attendance and engagement at our events

Collaborate with the marketing team to create case studies, success stories, and thought leadership content.

Request client testimonials and reviews, contributing to brand credibility and trust.

Qualifications

Proven experience in client success, account management, or enterprise sales (preferably in IT services or software).

Strong interpersonal skills – a natural relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people at all levels.

Structured execution mindset – ability to follow through on key initiatives while balancing adaptability.

Comfortable engaging with C-Level executives and managing enterprise-level accounts.

Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills to drive account growth.

Availability for evening networking events and travel within the Dallas area.
