Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in the US Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strong relationships with US-based customers, and driving revenue growth through IT staffing and consulting services.

Key Responsibility:

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the US IT staffing market

Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking

Build and maintain strong relationships with Direct Clients, MSPs, and VMS partners

Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams to fulfill staffing needs

Negotiate rates, contracts, MSAs, NDAs, and SLAs

Close new business deals and meet or exceed revenue targets

Maintain accurate records in CRM tools

Stay updated on US staffing trends, technologies, and market conditions

Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business reviews

Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams for successful placements
