Job Description

Maintenance Technician – HOA / Condominium Community

Established residential community association seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain and preserve the safety, appearance, and functionality of condominium and HOA common areas.

Requirements (Must Have Experience In):

Plumbing (including leak repairs, fixture replacement, and water meter replacement/installation)

Electrical (lighting, outlets, breaker troubleshooting)

Irrigation systems (timers, valves, sprinkler repairs)

Landscaping and grounds maintenance

Carpentry and general repairs

Pool maintenance (chemical balancing, equipment inspection) - CRITICAL

Qualifications:

5+ years multi-trade maintenance experience

Experience in HOA or condominium communities preferred

Valid driver’s license

Ability to work outdoors and lift 50+ lbs

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

This position requires access to secured areas and community facilities. Integrity, reliability, and professionalism are essential.
