We are a growing interior design business working with residential and small commercial clients. Our focus is on thoughtful design, functionality, and quality execution. Along with design, we are now actively growing our client base and online presence.
This role offers hands-on exposure to real sales conversations, client interaction, and business growth. Since we are a small team, the candidate will work closely with the founder and gain practical experience in business development, communication, and digital outreach.
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive who can support our business growth through sales outreach and basic digital handling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cold calling and lead generation
• Identifying and onboarding new clients
• Follow-ups and client coordination
• Managing basic social media posting (Instagram & LinkedIn)
• Handling Google My Business (GMB) – updates, posts, reviews & enquiries
• Maintaining lead data and reporting
Skills Required:
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Comfortable with cold calling
• Sales & business development basics
• Basic social media handling
• Google My Business (GMB) management
• MS Excel / Google Sheets
Location: Noida
Compensation: Fixed pay + performance-based incentives
