Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
Making outbound calls across various campaigns
Representing brands professionally and confidently
Following structured scripts while personalising conversations naturally
Managing callbacks and follow-ups efficiently
Updating CRM systems accurately
Working towards achievable call and performance targets
What You’ll Bring:
2–3 years’ experience in outbound calling, telesales, or customer service
Clear, professional Australian-level communication skills
Strong organisation and time management
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Positive, results-driven attitude
Experience using CRM or call tracking systems (highly regarded)
