We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Agent to handle inbound and/or outbound calls. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, resolve inquiries efficiently, and represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly
Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or generate leads
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
Document all call details in the system accurately
Meet daily/weekly performance and quality targets
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Proven customer service or call center experience preferred
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to handle high call volumes
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Strong problem-solving abilities
