Exciting Opportunity for an Inventory Control Analyst:

W.W. Williams is looking for an Inventory Control Analyst to join our dynamic team at our Corporate Headquarters in Dublin, OH! This role is crucial for analyzing and reporting on various data sets to enhance the accuracy of our parts inventory. Key Responsibilities:

Set up new parts in the inventory system.

Load, analyze, and verify price files.

Provide daily support to field operations.

Generate relevant analyses and reports as required.

Collaborate with vendors, field personnel, and accounting teams.

Participate in software upgrades related to operational functions.

Support field operations with a clear understanding of team dynamics.

Exhibit a sense of urgency in completing tasks and responsibilities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

A self-starter with proactive motivation.

Excellent time management, capable of handling multiple tasks accurately and meeting deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP functions.

Strong communication skills for professional interactions with internal and external customers.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
