Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Services

3 years experience working with children and/or families

Valid Driver's license and car insurance

Pennsylvania State Police Criminal History Check

Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance

FBI Criminal Background Check through the Department of Human Services

Description

We are seeking a full time Family Based Program Director for our Children's Services clinic.

In this position:

You work alongside the Clinical Consultant to provide leadership to the entire Family Based program

Your weekly duties would include conducting weekly group supervision with the Family Based Teams

Review all written treatment plans and treatment plan updates

Attend interagency meetings and treatment plan sessions

Supervising the administrative responsibilities related to the Family Based program in your clinic

Participate in interviews for new therapists

Provide feedback and evaluate employees

Maintain the day to day administrative operations of the program

Applicants should have a strong organization sense, the ability to think on their feet and overall good communication skills. EOE.
