Salesforce Developer: III (Senior)

Our client is currently seeking a Salesforce Developer: III (Senior)

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce capabilities to include: Apex, LWCs, flows, triggers, complex formulas, approvals, security, APIs and more

• Consult with scrum teammates to ensure technical integrity

• Implement scalable solutions whenever possible

• Know, follow, and teach Salesforce programmatic patterns and platform best practices

• Conduct code reviews for teammates

• Contribute to the DevOps process

• Execute testing on personal and team development efforts in coordination with QA lead

• Be comfortable in an agile scrum team context

• Embrace and promote agile practices and mindset

• Always strive to learn

• Lean into change that improves processes and relationships

• Effectively communicate with team members and key stakeholders, including business partners who don't \"speak tech\"
