The Sales Manager for Digital Inside Sales (DIS) is a dynamic and strategic role responsible for leading a Sales team and customer success managers to drive the adoption, growth, and optimization of Microsoft Azure services for our clients. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in guiding the team to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and overall success with Microsoft Azure solutions.
Sales Delivery Lead - (Cloud services)
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales and CSM focused on Microsoft Azure solutions.
Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and development opportunities to the team.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
Customer Engagement
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations.
Ensure the team effectively understands and addresses Sales needs, challenges, and business goals.
Drive customer satisfaction and success through the adoption and optimization of Microsoft Azure services.
Sales and Revenue Growth
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth for the Sales team.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and expansion within existing accounts.
Collaborate with the broader sales and marketing teams to align on goals, strategies, and initiatives.
Operational Excellence
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Implement best practices and processes to ensure consistent and high-quality customer engagements.
Manage resources and budgets effectively to maximize team performance and outcomes.

Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years full-cycle B2B sales experience; end-to-end sales responsibility (0-100%) for portfolio or territory on pipeline origination, pipeline progression, pipeline close, and post-close acct management.
To have quota-based sales experience with sales impact on performance, quota attainment, and promotion
At least 5 years of experience in sales, customer success, or account management, preferably in the cloud or software industry.
Sales forecast management and administration
At least 5 years of experience in managing and developing a high-performing sales team.
To have knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and solutions.
Bachelor's degree in technology, business, Marketing, or a related field.
Language(s) Required: English - minimum level C1 required.
High School diploma required
Preferred Qualifications:
Azure Administrator Certified (AZ-900) (desirable) or earn within 3 months of joining
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive revenue growth and customer success.
Ability to report on team results and lead local business reviews with stakeholders.
Prior inside sales experience with emphasis on both outbound and inbound calling
