Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant science or engineering discipline
Minimum 15 years experiences in related function ( Geothermal Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
Develop the work plan, project schedule, and budget to ensure the project is completed on time and within the allocated budget.
Ensure that all construction work meets quality standards and contract specifications, while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Lead and direct the construction team, including subcontractors, to ensure smooth and efficient operations on-site.
Address technical issues that arise during the project, related to design, materials, or construction methods.
Prepare project progress reports and coordinate with clients, project managers, and relevant teams to ensure effective communication and alignment with project objectives
Identify potential risks that may impact the project’s timeline, budget, or quality, and develop strategies to mitigate or manage those risks.
Oversee the management of materials, equipment, and labor to ensure their optimal utilization and availability, and to prevent any disruptions during project execution.
Ensure the compliance of construction method and proper lifting & rigging plan with the general construction practices & codes
