We are looking to add dynamic General Managers to the growing Tono Pizzeria + Cheesesteak brand locations. Our company has built its reputation and products quickly, embracing the warm neighborhood support since its first slice served at Frank and Andreas in Dinkytown.

We welcome General Manager applicants that are passionate for hospitality, looking to revive their growth opportunities, and bring their talents to a collaborative team.

Driving Sales: Implementing strategies through customer & neighborhood engagement

Build and Lead a High-Performing Team: Identify, develop, and teach team members their roles and responsibilities. Also ensure that the positive team culture is upheld to the Tono's standards

Strong Profit & Loss Management: controlling labor & COGs, etc.

Exceptional Operations Standards: Quality Control, CFPM, safety, and best practices

Community Outreach: Integrating Tono's through engagement in the neighborhood which includes but not limited to; charity events, sponsoring opportunities, and community drives.
