Bath & Body Works is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Digital Marketplace to own performance reporting and day-to-day analytics across marketplace channels. This role delivers actionable insights across traffic, conversion, sales, and share to help with ongoing efforts and overall planning.

Positioned at the intersection of analytics, operations, and growth, this role supports both near-term optimization and longer-term planning, including opportunity sizing and new product initiatives.

Responsibilities

Performance Reporting: Own recurring reporting across traffic, conversion, sales, pricing, and share

Day-to-Day Insights: Deliver actionable insights to guide content optimization, supply chain decisions, and promotional planning

Trend & Opportunity Analysis: Identify performance trends, risks, and growth opportunities across marketplaces

Planning Support: Support forward-looking planning, including portfolio expansion and NPD opportunity sizing

Cross-Functional Enablement: Partner with ecommerce, content, supply chain, and external teams to translate data into action

Qualifications

4-5 years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace analytics, or digital performance analysis

Strong experience working with marketplace data (Amazon, Walmart, or similar)

Advanced capabilities in Excel, SQL, Python with strong visual reporting skills

Proven success in process improvement, creative problem solving, and business strategy

Exceptional analytical abilities within ecommerce, especially Amazon and Walmart

Strong data-driven mindset, and a good overall intuition for numbers and data

Experience in beauty, CPG, or consumer retail

Familiarity with digital shelf metrics and marketplace analytics tools

Exposure to forecasting, planning, or NPD analytics

Education

Bachelor's degree in statistics, business administration, strategy, economics or related field
