Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Here we grow again! Screenmobile of Knoxville is looking to hire! We specialize in window screens, door screens, patio/porch screen, motorized screens, retractable screen doors, solar shading products and cable/aluminum deck railing. We provide onsite screening services and repair for both residential and commercial locations in the community.

This position is right for you if you are hardworking and willing to learn. You do not need screening experience because training will be provided on the job. You do need experience working in the construction field and will need to provide references. You will need to be comfortable interacting and communicating with customers. You will need to be professional, punctual, communicative, and have experience working with tools and basic technology - a functioning phone and functioning vehicle are absolutely necessary.

Pay/Benefits:

Everyone starts at $17/hour with a 60-day trial period, with a raise opportunity if you show competency in specific skill sets

Term bonuses after you show high productivity (usually within 6-8 months)

6 Recognized holiday - paid if it falls on a normal business day and only after 60 day probation period is completed.

Specific Responsibilities:

Measure, manufacture and install screen products

Read a tape measure and regularly work with power tools

Communicate with customers about scope of work

Installations completed on ladders and 2-3 story homes

Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary inventory

Follow assigned route maps and send eta to customers

Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed

Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition. Our vehicles are non-smoking/non-vaping property. Company vehicles can be gps tracked and include a dash cam.

Job Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License

Functioning vehicle and phone

Clean driving record and background - both will be checked

Ability to drive and reverse a truck pulling a trailer

Professional appearance - uniform required and provided

Proficiency to navigate tablet/app based technology

Team player who can be trusted to work independently

Experience with hand tools, drills, chop saw, ladder work, etc.

Work on a ladder and/or scaffold.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide an all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Excellent customer service and clear communication skills

Problem solving skills/have common sense
