Warehouse Forklift Operator

Job Description

TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Forklift Operator with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating heavy-duty forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position requires strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate heavy-duty forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers safely and efficiently

Load and unload trucks

Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse

Pull, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as needed

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of forklift experience

Experience operating:

Heavy-duty Forklift

Reach Truck

Order Picker

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
