C5MI is seeking a Senior Capture Manager to lead strategic federal and defense pursuits from qualification through award. This role drives win strategy, competitive positioning, and proposal readiness to increase probability of award and fuel growth.

The Senior Capture Manager partners closely with business development, delivery leaders, technical SMEs, and executives to shape opportunities and develop compelling, differentiated capture strategies. This position requires strong leadership, disciplined capture management, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly-visible environment.

What You'll Do:

Lead end-to-end capture efforts for $10M+ federal opportunities

Develop and execute differentiated win strategies

Conduct competitive analysis, client assessments, and price-to-win evaluations

Shape solution strategy with BD and technical leaders

Build high-performing teaming strategies

Lead gate reviews and executive briefings

Ensure alignment between capture strategy and proposal execution

What You Bring to C5MI:

Bachelor's degree

5+ years of federal capture experience (DoD or FedCiv)

Proven success supporting $10M+ pursuits

Strong FAR/DFARS knowledge and understanding of federal vehicles (IDIQs, BPAs, GWACs, OTAs)

Ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments

U.S. Citizenship (clearance eligible)

Compensation:

In accordance with pay transparency law, the expected salary range for this position is $189,675 - $237,000 annually. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This posted range reflects our good faith estimate of the compensation we reasonably expect to offer for this role at the time of posting.
