Responsibilities:

Supervise and motivate a team of lawn maintenance technicians.

Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Maintain and update daily schedules and job sites.

Monitor the use of equipment and materials to ensure they are being used effectively.

Conduct regular training sessions for technicians on new equipment and techniques.

Ensure all safety procedures are followed and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the lawn maintenance industry.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of landscaping, horticulture, and lawn maintenance techniques.

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
