Job Description
Job DescriptionAs a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of the planning, coordination, and successful execution of complex, ground-up and renovation projects, including warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and a wide range of commercial spaces. From preconstruction through closeout, you will play a central role in aligning project strategy with client objectives while ensuring seamless collaboration across all phases of delivery.
You will be responsible for overseeing budgets, detailed schedules, subcontractor procurement and performance, contract administration, and all client communications. With a strong focus on financial stewardship and operational efficiency, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with the highest standards of safety, quality, and innovation. You will also monitor risk, manage change orders, and maintain accurate forecasting to support informed decision-making and overall project success.
Working in close partnership with superintendents, design teams, consultants, and key stakeholders, you will drive performance, foster accountability, and proactively identify and resolve challenges before they impact progress or client satisfaction. The Successful Applicant
The Successful Applicant
5+ years of experience managing construction projects, with a focus on light industrial and commercial build
Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder managemen
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Proficiency in project management software such as Procore and MS Project
Experience with tilt-up, PEMB (pre-engineered metal buildings), and/or interior renovation projects preferred]
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to balance innovation, efficiency, and client satisfaction
