Join Dentons US LLP as an Integration Solutions Specialist and take the lead in crafting and maintaining efficient data integration solutions across our dynamic legal technology landscape. We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic professional to enhance our legal operations by seamlessly connecting various legal systems and ensuring smooth data flows. This role requires a deep understanding of systems integration, database connectivity, and enterprise integration platforms, with an emphasis on translating business needs into robust technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement innovative integration solutions linking Elite 3E, iManage, SharePoint, and other crucial legal systems for efficient data exchange.

Develop and manage ETL/ELT pipelines as well as real-time synchronization between Microsoft SQL Server databases and essential legal applications.

Set up and oversee API integrations and middleware solutions to ensure secure data flows between SaaS services and on-premise legal systems.

Implement integration solutions involving Microsoft SQL Server, including stored procedures, triggers, and linked servers, to optimize cross-system operations.

Create and maintain effective PowerBI data connections, guaranteeing that legal dashboards display real-time integrated data from various sources.

Configure and enhance Microsoft Fabric integration services, especially Data Factory pipelines for legal data flows.

Utilize Databricks to build integration workflows that address complex data transformations between legal systems.

Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues while applying optimization strategies to ensure high availability of services.

Document integration architectures, data mappings, and connection specifications thoroughly.

Collaborate with legal IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver custom integration solutions.

Implement mechanisms for Change Data Capture (CDC) to track and propagate real-time changes across integrated systems.

Ensure that all system connections meet security measures and compliance standards, particularly for sensitive legal data.

Perform other duties as necessary to fulfill the role's requirements.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of experience in systems integration, with at least 3 years focusing on legal industry applications and databases.

Demonstrated experience integrating Elite 3E with external systems through APIs, database connections, and customized interfaces.

Familiarity with iManage integration, including document synchronization, workflow automation, and third-party connectivity.

Advanced expertise in Microsoft SQL Server integration, particularly with SSIS packages, stored procedures, and cross-database solutions.

Strong knowledge of SharePoint integration practices, including REST APIs and PowerShell automation.

Experience with PowerBI integration, including gateway configuration and automated refresh processes.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric integration, especially Data Factory pipelines.

Proficient in building integration workflows with Databricks for effective data orchestration.

Expertise with integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar tools in the legal sector.

In-depth understanding of REST APIs, SOAP services, and enterprise service bus architectures for system connectivity.

Proficient in SQL, PowerShell, and other scripting languages for automation tasks.

Exposure to enterprise integration patterns, including batch processing and event-driven architecture.

Familiarity with legal data structures and compliance requirements for integrations.

Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex integration challenges effectively.

Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with technical teams and legal professionals.

Knowledge of cloud integration platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure services.

Understanding of version control and change management processes for integration solutions.

Salary

Chicago Only DOE: $110,000 - $140,000

Washington DC DOE: $115,000 - $145,000
