Join our team as an Advanced Warehouse Fulfillment Associate! We are looking for dedicated individuals who are eager to contribute to our fulfillment operations. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with a minimum of two years of related experience.
Previous experience operating forklifts is highly desirable.
Familiarity with PC-based software, data entry, and ORACLE is a plus.
Experience with RF barcode scanning is desired.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
You will perform various tasks related to the preparation, receipt, inspection, storage, shipment, and movement of materials with high accuracy.
After completing OSHA/Pearson training, you may operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
You will be responsible for planning and executing activities to meet established schedules in a fast-paced environment.
Coordinate and monitor the loading and unloading of shipments.
Safety is our top priority; you must perform all duties safely and efficiently.
Adhere to established inventory control policies and maintain precise inventory records.
Opportunity to assist in training new and seasonal employees.
This role requires the ability to lift up to 65 pounds, push carts weighing up to 600 pounds, and move pallets weighing up to 2,000 pounds using a pallet jack.
Frequent standing, bending, twisting, and walking while carrying loads is required.
Compensation: The pay rate for this role is between $20 and $22 per hour. Please note that this position is not eligible for bonuses.
